Yes. They scan the table QR, order in Turkish or English, and can call a waiter or request the bill. Items with no remaining stock close for ordering.
The waiter app has a color floor board and touch ordering. The kitchen display moves orders through statuses; tickets can print to network / Wi‑Fi ESC/POS printers. USB printer support is in development.
With the Windows local setup, in-venue orders, kitchen, and network printing can continue on the LAN. Guest AI and automatic cloud sync need connectivity; cloud sync is still in development.
Yes. The day-close report and shopping list can be emailed to addresses configured in settings. Staff documents can also be emailed to accounting.

ComusHost isn’t a party to your commercial deal with merchants — it provides the infrastructure. Referrals and orders are logged in the dashboard for month-end reconciliation. Formalizing income as a promotion/marketing service fee is a common approach.
You choose who appears in your guide. You can hide or remove a merchant from the dashboard if they underperform.
No. ComusHost is SaaS — hosting, updates, and security are handled by Comus. You use the dashboard.
