Instant guest access via QR
Guests scan an in-room QR code and open the concierge as a PWA — no app store download. Requests, information, and guidance stay in the same session.
Hotel OS + AI concierge
Comus Hotel AI combines a hotel operating system — reservations, front desk, housekeeping, and accounting — with a multilingual AI guest concierge accessed via QR/PWA.
Guests connect via QR with no app download. Comus AI handles requests 24/7 in their language — e.g. “I need towels” creates a request for the right department and is tracked as open / in progress / completed. Rooms, reservations, KBS/TGA support, and dynamic pricing stay in one product family.

Comus AI answers guest requests around the clock in their own language. When a guest writes something like “I need towels,” the request is captured and routed to the right department — housekeeping, room service, technical, and more.
Requests land with the right department staff in the management dashboard. Open, in-progress, and completed requests are tracked separately so management sees which room asked for what and where it stands.
Run front-desk and room status from one panel: reservations, occupancy, housekeeping, and daily operations stay in one flow.
Track stay-period revenue and operational records. Daily summaries support management decisions.
Produces rate suggestions from occupancy, demand, and date ranges. You keep the final pricing decision; the engine supplies data-backed proposals.
Prepares identity documents in EGM/AKBS format to make KBS/TGA notification workflows easier. SOAP integration for the Gendarmerie side is in development and has not been verified in production yet.
Built for independent hotels, boutique hotels, and guesthouses in Turkey at roughly the 1–150 room scale. It is not aimed at replacing large-chain enterprise PMS suites.
Room status, cleaning, and guest requests appear in one view so staff can see what each room needs quickly.
OTA and channel-manager connections require hotel-by-hotel setup. Because each property’s channel stack differs, we do not claim a one-click fully integrated channel suite.
Setup follows your channel manager and account details.
Some capabilities require hotel-specific setup or are still in development. The notes below keep what is live today clear.
One-tap WhatsApp message to the right department (room + request details) with an approval link so staff confirmation shows on the management dashboard. This flow is being restored to the product; today requests are tracked on the dashboard.
This section will be updated when it is live again.
SOAP integration for Gendarmerie notifications is in development. Today, identity data is prepared in EGM/AKBS format; we do not claim live automatic submission.
This section will be updated after production verification.
Channel-manager links are configured per property. Supported channels and setup steps are clarified with your hotel during onboarding.
